There’s a big research poster competition coming up from the Golden Key International Honour Society @ U of T. We think HBSU members may be interested, so here’s a bit of info:
Life Science Undergraduate Research Poster Competition 2012
Showcase your work at U of T’s only Life Science – wide research poster competition on February 17, 2012.
Judged by top researchers and professors at our prestigious institution, winners will receive incredible prizes and serious bragging rights.
This is a truly unique opportunity to gain inspiration and appreciation for the work going on in other domains of the life sciences and network with other students interested in research. Haven’t done research before? We welcome you to stop by and gain some insight on what kind of contributions undergrads make to the scientific community.
This year’s award ceremony will be highlighted with a key-note speech by Dr. Alison Buchan (Vice Dean, Research and International Relations). Award recipients will be presented with their prizes personally by Dr. Buchan.
As students of one of the most prominent research institutions in the world, we encourage you to join us in celebrating our passion for research here at the University of Toronto.
